The guest will have a set of keys and all the paper work pre-set to sign in, get a parking pass, and all the information for the property. The guest will need to check with the front desk the next day to finalize check-in. If a guest needs any assistance in house they are given the security guard's pager number and they will respond to the guest. Outside of the front office door there is a phone when it is lifted off it will automatically dial the pager for security and the guard will attend to the guest.
